No, We do not have any common spaces to host events and we do not have the availability to block or discount rooms for events.
All units 1 bedroom and larger come with 1 assigned parking space on property. All Studios do not come with parking.
No, we do not have a bar or restaurant on property, but we are within a short walking distance of all bars, restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay.
Yes, we have a heated fresh water pool and hot tub.
Yes, we have free wifi in all rooms.
Yes, we are located in the heart of downtown Cruz Bay with access to the beach.
Yes! Our water goes through several filters ensuring it is safe to drink by all guests straight from the tap.
Upon arrival, please head to baggage claim where you can pick up your luggage and just outside the doors are several taxis and drivers v1aiting to take you and your party to the Red Hook or Crown Bay Ferry.

Once you arrive by ferry to St John you may ask one of the many taxi drivers to drive you to the resort but most guests find it easier to walk, as we are only a short 5-10 minute walk from the ferry dock.
Housekeeping does not come by each room daily. Instead, all guests staying for 5 nights or more will be scheduled for a mid stay clean by our housekeeping staff.

Housekeeping is open 9am – 3pm daily and is happy to help with any additional housekeeping request during your stay.
