In addition to our usual cleaning standards, we have added services and amenities to ensure a safer stay for both our guests and staff:

  • To comply with social distancing requirements, all Jeep keys, paperwork, and chairs will be placed in your suite for your convenience prior to arrival. 
  • All rooms will be fogged with disinfectant and sterilized after every departure. 
  • At Grande Bay Resorts we use 100% non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions.
  • Extra cleaning supplies have been added for guest use during your stay.
  • A 24/7 self-service towel exchange station has been placed for your convenience.
  • A locally sourced hand sanitizer provided for our guests in each room
  • Extra towels and beach chair have been provided in advance to aid social distancing guidelines
  • Lounge chairs at the pool have been spaced accordingly
  • Gym facilities can be used by scheduled appointment only. This is in to ensure only one party at a time is allowed in and the staff can sanitize mist on departure.
  • Property wide cleaning is scheduled for all public spaces throughout
