Yes. The annual maintenance fees range from $750 to $1800 per year and include the cost of daily use of a Jeep, housekeeping, all utilities, cable TV, wireless internet service, insurance, vehicle operations and maintenance, interior maintenance and reserves.

Prices range from $9,900 to $79,900.

What are the GBRC Membership privileges?

Depending on the terms of their membership purchase, GBRC Members have the right to use GBRC villas or send guests to use the villas for a check out housekeeping fee only.

With consistently sunny weather, rain showers in St. John are mostly short and normally occur in the early morning or at night.

The official Caribbean hurricane season runs from the 1st June through to 30th of November.

Traveling to St. John

How do I get to the Grande Bay Resort & Residence Club?

To get to our resort, you will first land in St Thomas airport, Cyril E King. From there you will need to get to a ferry dock which will bring you to St John. To help you with your transportation from the airport to the ferry dock, please visit our Airport Transfers section. Once you get to the ferry dock, we are a quick 3 to 5 minute walking distance from the Cruz Bay Dock.

Will my cell phone work on the island?

Most cell phones will work on St. John, however, only AT&T and Sprint have no roaming charges in the US Virgin Islands.

Should you rent a vehicle or take taxis?

Renting a vehicle can sometimes be more economical than taking a taxi around the island. Ask about our Jeep Club and find out how you can become a member and have access to a Jeep to use throughout the island.

Do you need a passport for travel to St. John?

If you are a U.S. citizen, the U.S. government does not require a passport to travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

How do you get to St. John?

With no airport in St. John most visitors will fly into St. Thomas and take a ferry from Red Hook Terminal which is about 20 minutes to St. John or from downtown Charlotte Amalie which is 30 minutes by ferry.
